( ) Youth Membership (16 and under) $10.00 yearly. Members receive a member decal, Newsletters, and for first time joining, a LeMaster Guide.
( ) Novice Membership $15.00 yearly. Members receive 2 5" member decals and our newsletters.
( ) Sponsor Membership $25.00 yearly. Members receive 2 5" sponsor decals, our newsletters and an MDWFA hat (hat for new members only).
( ) Premium Sponsor Membership $100.00 yearly. Premium sponsor members will receive 2 5" sponsor decals, our newsletters, an MDWFA hat and an Engraved Call (Choice of ( ) Duck Call or ( ) Goose Call- select one only).

( ) Lifetime Membership $1000.00. Members receive our newsletters, an MDWFA hat, an Engraved Call (Choice of ( ) Duck Call or ( ) Goose Call - select one only) and a Member Jacket with the MDWFA logo. (Can be made in 4 equal yearly payments with jacket sent on receipt of the third payment.)
( ) Gold Lifetime Membership $2500.00. Members will receive our newsletters, an MDWFA hat, an Engraved Call (Choice of ( ) Duck Call or ( ) Goose Call - select one only), a Member Jacket with the MDWFA logo and a decorative decoy. (Can be made in 4 equal yearly payments with jacket sent on receipt of the third payment and decoy on receipt of the fourth payment.)
