My name is Brian Cain, and I am the Regional Director for Region 3 (Cecil, Harford, Baltimore and Anne Arundel counties). I have been an active hunter for many years and espeically love the pursuit of waterfowl. I am a resident of Northern Baltimore County.
I look forward to helping the MDWFA grow and to working with the Region 3 county representatives. We are looking for a county representative for Cecil and Anne Arundel counties.
